This game has everything, including like 70ish wrestlers if you unlock them all. The matches like cell,table,casket,ladder,slobber-knocker (although i dont know what it is), cage, regular, battle royal, royal rumble are awesome. The create a wrestler is a HUGE improvment over Smackdown 1. It even has Golddust and Jeff Jarrets heads in it. The variety of faces, eyes, clothes is amazing. You can also change the color unlike Smackdown 1 where you can't change the colors .... The one thing that I HATE is having Stone Cold (WHAT?) the best wrestler ever (WHAT?) is an hidden wrestler (WHAT?) However, the Rock, Undertaker, Kane, and all the other great wrestlers in the game. In season mode, the wrestlers can't talk. Which is a piece of bull. The load times are really slow and can have you squirming around, waiting for a match. The signature moves (aka the worm, stone cold stunner, people's elbow) are awesome. The entrance music disappointed me cause although the music is correct, the entrances are short and plain stupid. you can barely see the managers when your kane,x-pac, and all that. plus theres no alliance wrestlers, which would have been much more fun. I mean you have Essa Rios on the list, i mean c'mon! So I like the matches and all but some stuff [is not good]. (sorry thq). oh yeah, i'm rating this 3.6, not the full 4Customer Review: good good

This game is great, so great that it hardly got out of my Playstation.With good graphics, fast paced wrestling, wide range of WWF superstars and AWESOME options, this will also stay in your Playstation.Ive played this game countless times and never got bored of it, yes i am a big wrestling fan but also have brothers.What do i mean? Well i mean without someone to verse such as brothers this wouldnt be in my Playstation as much as it would have.With a wide range of options such as Ladder match, table match, tag team table match,Tables & Ladders & Chairs match and the infamous Hell in a cell match and they are just some of the options and there is also countless backstage areas.All that and more makes this the ultimate 2 player game i own.
The Storyline mode is also very impressive as it is very realistic, because they really did take place at that time.In story mode you do verse different people and do get into different matches, also there are plenty of hidden wrestlers and matches to unlock, but tell me how many times are you going to do story mode?you can just have exhibition matches against the computer which is challenging but not the fun you would have versing someone sitting next to you.
I strongly recomend this game to WWF fans as you wont be dissapionted and if you have a brother, you just boosted your gameplay up to 100%.I say this game is suitable for persons over 9 years as the controls are fairly easy and the violence isnt that bad, well it is fighting but there is no blood.The only thing that was bad about this game was no commentary but the highly enjoyable gameplay makes up for it.
